In 1 Corinthians 4, the Apostle Paul delivers a direct and unflinching challenge to a church consumed by pride, division, and misplaced loyalties. The Corinthians had begun rallying behind their favorite leaders -- Paul, Apollos, and Peter -- and in doing so had allowed a spirit of comparison, judgment, and spiritual arrogance to take root. Pastor Michael walked us through Paul's correction of these attitudes, revealing how the same tendencies still quietly infiltrate our own hearts and churches today.
