A Faith that Lasts
What does it really mean to have a faith that lasts? Not just a faith that shows up on Sunday mornings, but one that breathes through every conversation at the dinner table, every hard decision made when no one is watching, and every season of life we walk through as families. Looking at the words of Deuteronomy 6, we are reminded that faith was never meant to be confined to a single hour each week. It was designed to be woven into the very fabric of daily life, from the moment we rise to the moment we rest. We were challenged to ask four big questions: Why am I doing what I am doing? What do I believe? Who am I surrounding myself with? And how will I finish? These are not questions we answer once and move on from. They are questions we return to as life shifts and changes around us. Whether we are parents hoping children will carry their faith beyond our rooftops, or young people beginning to own their beliefs for themselves, we are called to move beyond surface-level religion and into a genuine, living relationship with Jesus.
